“TransPerformativity” is an ongoing project focused on transforming trans experiences into contemporary practices that combine audiovisual elements with the creation of collective performances. The movement subjectively represents processes of transformation and metamorphosis; the scenography offers an innovative and safe space; the costumes weave together individual and collective identities; and the lighting design provides visibility to underrepresented issues, enabling the audience to perceive, understand, and freely participate.
“Trans*Performativity” bridges theoretical areas such as sociology, philosophy, gender studies, queer theory, and new ecologies with contemporary practices that blend visual art and performance.
The performance is not recommended for individuals under 18 years of age.

The project is realized within the Residency program of Derida Dance Center with the financial support of Sofia Municipality – Calendar of Cultural Events and the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture.
