Payments at the ticket office are made in cash and/or through a POS terminal for accepting direct payments with debit and/or credit cards.
  4. If the viewer purchases tickets outside of the DERIDA STAGE ticket office, they must carefully verify the data for the event selection – name, price, date, time, venue, row.

  5. The events are held at the venue indicated on the ticket unless explicitly announced after the purchase in the promotional materials and/or on the DERIDA STAGE website another venue. 6. DERIDA STAGE reserves the right to make changes to the casts and event program without prior notice to the audience.
  7. Spectators should arrive at DERIDA STAGE 30 minutes before the indicated start time of the event on the ticket, to take their place in the hall or places where DERIDA STAGE events are held or to wait in the foyer of the hall if necessary until they are invited into the hall for the beginning of the performance/event.
  8. DERIDA STAGE employees have the right to refuse access to the premises, hall, or other places where DERIDA STAGE performances are held to persons who do not comply with the restrictions and requirements mentioned above, regardless of possessing a valid ticket for the respective performance as in this case DERIDA STAGE does not owe a refund for tickets or any compensation to such denied persons.

  1. (1) Latecomers, as well as viewers who wish to return after having left during the performance, for whatever reason, will be seated near the exit until the first intermission (if there is one) and if there are available seats. Latecomers are considered to be viewers who arrive and wish to take their seats after the time intervals indicated in item 18.

(2) Upon leaving the hall or places where the DERIDA STAGE performances are held during the performance, returning back is only allowed upon ticket presentation under the conditions of the preceding points. Such reasons do not include unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances such as force majeure, accidental acts, actions of third parties, declaration of war, emergency or similar conditions, coup d’état, natural disasters, accidents, epidemics, deteriorating weather conditions during outdoor performances, including moving them due to this to another date and/or place, illness of performers, technical malfunctions like power or heating supply interruptions, and other extraordinary circumstances. In the cases mentioned above, DERIDA STAGE may, with a special announcement, give instructions regarding setting the performance on another date, scene, and/or the exchange/validation of issued tickets. To avoid any disputes, a performance is considered held if performed until the middle of the first act.

(2) For performances held in an open scene, which did not take place due to cancellation, interruption or started late because of deteriorating weather conditions, DERIDA STAGE reserves the right to move them to an indoor scene if possible according to circumstances or to another date and/or place, without owing the return of purchased tickets or other compensation, applying the preceding paragraph, unless DERIDA STAGE has announced otherwise in a special statement.

  1. (1) In cases where the performance did not take place, was canceled, or interrupted due to DERIDA STAGE’s fault, the ticket holder has the right to choose between:
  2. a refund of the ticket value upon its return (together with the receipt) at the ticket office, by registered mail with return receipt requested, or through a licensed courier at the holder’s expense, within 1 (one) month from the date of the failed, canceled, or interrupted performance unless DERIDA STAGE has indicated otherwise in a special statement.
  3. re-validation of the ticket for the same or another upcoming performance from DERIDA STAGE’s program for the season within 1 (one) month from the date of the failed, canceled, or interrupted performance, requiring the unused original ticket along with the receipt to be presented at the ticket office or via registered mail, or through a licensed courier unless DERIDA STAGE has indicated otherwise in a special statement. When choosing a ticket with a higher price, the difference must be paid. The costs for presenting the unused ticket and receiving the re-validated ticket are borne by the ticket holder. This situation also applies when the performance was the last for the season.
  4. For situations beyond those specified above, the affected individuals can send their inquiries to office@derida-dance.com.

(2) The ticket will only be re-validated if there are available seats for the respective performance, and the person has no right to claim the same seat which was purchased with the ticket being re-validated.

(3) In the case of ticket re-validation under the conditions of para. 1, if the ticket price for the newly chosen performance is:

  1. lower than the price of the ticket for the failed, canceled, or interrupted performance, DERIDA STAGE does not owe a refund of the difference.

2 higher than the price of the ticket for the failed, canceled, or interrupted performance, the person must pay the difference between the prices.

  2. A ticket holder cannot claim a refund of the ticket price if an announced artist does not participate in the performance, on the grounds that the ticket was purchased specifically for the participation of a particular artist.
