SILENT x2 – Choreographer: Deyan Georgiev
(Work-in-progress presentation)

“SILENT x2” delves into the exploration of what it means to connect with certain states. It investigates the boundaries of the physical body, its spatial presence, and the way it interacts with various materials and objects in an attempt to reveal emotional and existential truths through movement. This approach aims to uncover the deep connection between movement and the environment.

Structurally, “SILENT x2” is a mishmash that deconstructs identity to an atomic level. By blending folkloric elements, sound, movement, and nature, it examines cultural symbols in a chaotic and experimental context. The project aims to provoke reflection on our connection to nature and the planet. It challenges both cultural and artistic stereotypes, drawing attention to new ways of understanding identity on both an individual and collective level.
